Sleep deprivation is increasingly being linked to a variety of health problems, including an increased risk of high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, and heart disease.
Now, a recent research of people in their forties has discovered that having a combination of sleep issues — such as difficulty falling asleep, waking up during the night, or sleeping less than six hours each night — virtually triples a person’s risk of heart disease.
